Canadian Grow Guides has the right to change or remove any policies relating to returns, refunds, additional fees or shipping. Certain products coming from outside Canada may be subject to additional border fees (please see Customs and VAT)

Orders

All order will be processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

Processing time may take 24-48 hours, and confirmation will be emailed to the email provided.

(Process times during Covid-19 may be a bit longer, our apologies.)

Warranty is provided solely by manufacturer. Please see manufacturer for more details.

Delivery

Returns

Please contact us before making any returns to receive a return number. Items sent back without a return number may not be subject to a refund.

Return are subject to manufacturer return policy.

If return policy is eligible, all products and packaging must be in complete and sale-ready condition and the product must have no physical or operational damage. A receipt must be accompanied with the product.

Any additional costs occurred in or during the return process will the responsibility of the purchaser. Product will need to be fully return to manufacturer and refund completed to Canadian Grow Guides before issuing to the customer. Any additional questions please contact us.

Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.

Canadian Grow Guides reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. 

Upon successful inspection of returned items, a refund, less the restocking fees, will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Customs and VAT

Any import customs, duties, taxes, VATs, tariffs or brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price of product and/or shipping. International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT) in which Canadian Grow Guides or any parent company is not responsible for.

Shipping and freight companies may ask for the payment of the duty or tariff from the customer to deliver their order. These taxes and duties are paid to the government of the receiving customer’s country. If an order is returned to AC Infinity because import duties and taxes were not paid, it will be treated as a return.
